Truth and Trust!
One may think that 'truth' is the basis of 'trust'. One may also argues that 'trust' can only be achieved when a relationship is based on 'truth and nothing but the truth'.
Pp..to simplify it, I'd say one has to be truthful as much as possible so that one can be trusted..be it the spouse, sibling, children, friend or anybody for that matter..kan Pp. If a person is dishonest or lies far too often, the trust will diminish and ultimately be destroyed.
P.S.. waah Lukman berjalan macam dalam cerita koboi..at a ranch.:))
Hi Pp, well written. I like your eloquence. Trust, truth...Deciding whether or not to trust a person is like deciding whether or not to climb a tree, because you might get a wonderful view from the highest branch, or you might simply get covered in kerenga ants, and for this reason many people choose to spend their time alone and indoors, where it is harder to get a splinter.
I always give people my trust, it's up to them to break it. And all my working life having employed many people from Senior Management to mechanics to secretaries, I have never looked at the resume. More than 300. Except 3.
And out of the 3,..... 2 disappointed me not living up to expectations. I can see you're a good man, a good manager. Wayyyyy to go, Sir! Have a nice day. Best regards. Lee.
Mr Lee, what an honor to have u visiting. and thank you for your kind words. having been in H R for a long time myself, i can normally 'read' whether a candidate's resume speaks the truth within the first 3 minutes of interviewing. A dangerous thing to do...but it has proven to be quite accurate.
Same for a person's character. I tend to stay away from those i don't trust... ~!
